Challenge:

Design a comfortable and relaxing environment. One that inspires creativity for the staff and clients of this film editing company who often spend 12 to 14 hours in the facility.

Solution:

The service room, housing the mechanical and electrical systems, powerful computer systems and high tech editing equipment, was located in the center of the existing space and surrounded by corrugated plastic. Exposed cable trays and galvanized steel ducts connect this central service room to each editing suite. Brushed steel doors with sandblasted glass add to the industrial look.

By introducing steel, glass and plastic into the existing building, The Element Group successfully integrated the comfort and creative environment the clients wanted with a high-tech look and feel.
