Challenge:

The mandate was to create a dynamic and comfortable interior as a backdrop for the creative personality of the organization. A fast track schedule and aggressive budget presented additional challenges.

Solution:

The Element Group responded with a work environment that optimizes space and minimizes the symbols of hierarchy. An open concept arrangement of workstations contributes to a collaborative and creative team environment.

The renovation of this 100-year-old post and beam building included architectural, mechanical and electrical upgrades, as well as a new lighting system. Juxtaposing existing hardwood floors and ceilings with an exposed service system creates a strong visual impact and sense of space.
